Langley Chase Manx Loaghtan Salami

Langley Chase Manx Loaghtan Salami is made from our own mutton, reared on the farm. We make two different varieties:

Manx Loaghtan Red Wine Salami, with red wine, juniper berries and spices
Manx Loaghtan Chilli Salami, with smoked paprika, spices and chilli.

Finely sliced salami is a perfect canapé, can be used in cassoulet and stews and to spice up a traditional ploughman's. Our Salami also makes a truly unique present for food lovers!

The joy of salami is it can be stored for up to nine months.

Langley Chase Manx Loaghtan Salami is not yet a registered organic product, although it is made with Langley Chase organic mutton and all organic ingredients.
